Adoptions FAQ
All pets require an adoption application be submitted, photos of their enclosure or an enclosure best depicting the set up you have in mind for them, and photos of current reptiles and their homes if applicable.
2 personal references that can verify the information submitted is correct (cannot live within the same home) and know you well.
If renting, we require verbal landlord confirmation reptiles are permitted on their property.
All pets are a flat $50.00 adoption fee unless otherwise discussed, and recieve a visual exam performed by a qualified veterinarian that confirms they are visually free of external parasites or other health conditions to their best knowledge prior to adoption.
An adoption contract will be issued to approved applicants to finalize the adoption process. No breeding and return clause in place for all adopted pets.

Pet Surrender FAQ
We recommend pet owners act responsibly and attempt private rehoming before reaching out to surrender a pet. Suggested routes to take would be contacting the breeder you obtained the pet from to check if they have a return clause, ask friends or family, use community social media groups, and other groups or websites designed for pet rehoming. Vet all inquiries well to ensure the new owner is knowledgeable and financially capable to care for the pet, providing nothing short of humane treatment.
If all these options have been repeatedly exhausted, contact us to have a team member advise on available space for intakes. We work within our means to prioritize found/stray pets, animal control emergencies, medical cases, or injured pets in need of specialized or costly treatments, and cannot guarantee at any given time we will have immediate space pending occupancy levels at the time of inquiry.
